Cost To Attend

Valley Forge Christian College is, by design, one of the lowest cost 4-year private colleges in the state of Pennsylvania. The College is deliberate in keeping its costs down, developing on-campus job opportunities, and providing institutional monies to help cover the cost of a quality education. We want all students who are called to join our Christ-centered community to have the chance to study and grow with us.

Tuition and fees are due and payable prior to the beginning of classes for each semester. Payment can be made to Valley Forge Christian College in the form of cash, check, money order, debit card or credit card. Books

Books are estimated at $350 per semester and you assume the responsibility for all book fees incurred. However, access to databases and journal articles are included in the tuition for the courses. Students may use any surplus of financial aid on their student account to purchase books.

If you withdraw from college, your tuition and fees will be reduced as follows:

Withdrawal from Valley Forge Christian College

To officially withdraw from Valley Forge Christian College, you MUST completely fill out a Withdrawal from College form provided by the Student Success Center. To officially withdraw from an individual course, you must complete a Course Withdrawal form provided on myVFCC under the registration tab. If you are receiving a Federal Stafford loan while at VFCC, you must also complete Exit Loan Counseling when withdrawing from the College.

Return of Title IV Funds

If you are a recipient of Federal financial aid, the Department of Education requires a Federal calculation to be used to determine refund amounts to be paid back to the financial aid programs and to you.

The amount of Title IV funds earned is computed by taking the number of calendar days completed divided by the calendar days in the semester. If the resulting percentage is 60% or more, then 100% of the funds are deemed to have been earned and no return of Title IV funds is required. If the resulting percentage is less than 60%, then the % is subtracted from 100% and multiplied by the Title IV funds received. (i.e. 40 days completed divided by 100 days in the term equals 40%. 40% from 100% requires 60% of the Title IV aid to be returned.)

Adult Learners & Professional Development

Must be at least 25 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Not a full or part-time student at VFCC or any other residential degree program.

$60 per credit hour. Price includes registration fee. These courses are offered at a greatly reduced rate (comparable to correspondence studies) to non-traditional learners.
