Senior Class Speakers Announced

Each year, six exceptional seniors are selected for the honor of senior speaker based on nominations by students with recommendations from campus departments and faculty. Senior speakers are given the opportunity to create and communicate a sermon for one of the daily chapel services. Family and friends are invited to attend. The Academic Affairs Office, along with the faculty, is pleased to announce the following senior speakers chosen to represent their class for the 2010-2011 academic year: 

Amber Davis, an elementary education major from Woodbridge, Virginia, will be the first speaker on December 6. Justin Gruber, graduating with a music education degree, and currently living with his wife, Kelly, in Phoenixville, will share in the December 7, chapel service. 

The senior speaker schedule will resume in the spring 2011 semester with James Connolly, a pastoral ministry major from Fallston, Maryland, speaking on February 22. Amy Platt, a pastoral counseling major from Blairsville, Pennsylvania, will share on February 24. On February 28, Will Gwynn, a pastoral counseling major from State College, Pennsylvania, will speak. Brandy Steel, a youth ministry major from Toledo, Ohio, will conclude the series on March 3.
